Job summary

Alloy.ai is hiring a GTM Engineer to build an automation engine that drives pipeline for consumer brands. You’ll generate qualified pipeline through automated inbound and outbound outreach, and own the data and systems behind it all, using signals and AI to continuously improve go-to-market execution.

You’ll work with Salesforce, HubSpot, and enrichment/sequencing tools to keep the automation synchronized with sales teams and marketing ops, shipping fast, testable ideas, and measurable results.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in engineering, data, or quantitative roles.
• 1+ years writing product code in Python or TypeScript; build integrations with third‑party APIs.
• Fluency with agent harnesses like Claude Code, Antigravity or Codex.
• Able to describe technical work clearly to Sales and Marketing and be measured on pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Inbound automation: qualify and respond to inquiries with a human handoff for good fits.
• Outbound automation: signal-based emails, enrichment, messaging, and sequencing.
• Sales enablement: deliver prioritized call lists, route campaign replies, capture activity.
• Systems that make the automation work: build integrations between Salesforce, HubSpot, and sequencing tools; own fields and routing rules.
