Job summary

OTM is seeking a GTM Engineer to design and run automated outbound, inbound, and account-based workflows that find, qualify, and contact target buyers. You will define buying signals, maintain AI agents, and ensure data remains in sync across Clay, HubSpot, Apollo, and other tools.

• Workflow Build: automate outbound, inbound, and ABM workflows.
• Signal Setup: define buying signals to trigger outreach.
• Data Management: keep data synced across systems.
• Pipeline Reporting: provide monthly insights and tests.
• Agent Maintenance: manage AI agents for research and qualification.
• Sales Support: supply researchers with prep and follow-up drafts.
