Job summary

InterSystems seeks a GTM Engineer in Boston to architect next-generation go-to-market workflows and accelerate AI-enabled tooling adoption across the NA Sales organization. You will partner with Technical Services, Pega, Sales Ops, and Enablement to redesign how the sales team operates, drive revenue growth, and improve seller productivity.

Reporting to the Head of NA Sales Strategy & Operations, you will lead workflow redesign, data-driven initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration to

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, GTM strategy, or a technical sales engineering role in B2B software/tech.
• Experience designing and implementing workflow automation in a sales environment.
• Experience applying AI/ML tools to sales (conversational intelligence, analytics, or generative AI).
• Strong project management with milestones and accountability.
• Excellent communication, able to translate tech into business value.
• Proficient in Excel and at least one BI tool (Power BI).
• Familiarity with ZoomInfo, Outreach, LinkedIn, Artisan, and Pega tech stack.
• Prior sales role (AE/SE/BDR/CSM) is a differentiator.

Responsibilities

• Map and redesign end-to-end sales workflows to improve effectiveness and revenue velocity.
• Partner with Pega Development and Technical Services to deploy workflow automation and reduce admin burden.
• Identify high-ROI automation opportunities with customer-facing teams.
• Own the GTM sales effectiveness roadmap with requirements, timelines, and adoption metrics.
• Drive AI-enabled tooling adoption to boost seller productivity and generation of insights.
• Build dashboards and real-time reporting for sales leadership.
• Collaborate across functions to ensure scalable, data-driven workflows.
