GE HealthCare is seeking an experienced engineer to build AI-enabled commercial experiences using Salesforce, MuleSoft, and Agentic AI. You will transform complex seller journeys into intuitive, high-impact workflows while ensuring secure, scalable integration with enterprise data.

The role emphasizes hands-on development, deep familiarity with sales processes, and collaboration across product and operations.

Qualifications

5+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience.

Responsibilities

Configure and develop using Apex, Flow, Python, REST Query API, Agentforce script, Lightning Actions and HXL as required.
Build, configure, and optimize complex operational workflows using AFO and multi-agent orchestration.
Implement agent communication protocols and MCP across AI agents.
Translate sales processes into scalable Salesforce solutions (lead-to-opportunity, account and contact management, opportunity lifecycle, forecasting).
Translate commercial needs into AI-enabled workflows to improve seller productivity.
Leverage AI tools (Claude, Kiro) in daily workflow to move from architecture to deployable code quickly.
Ground Agentforce solutions in accurate, real-time enterprise data.
Connect Agentforce to enterprise apps with secure, scalable data integration patterns.
Troubleshoot ingestion failures, mapping defects, and API errors with logs and query evidence.
Hands-on AI grounding: LLM orchestration, prompt tuning, knowledge base retrievers.
