Job summary

Workleap Inc. is a Montreal-based tech company that builds AI agents for revenue operations. We seek a specialist to apply a signal-driven, agent-centered approach to optimize renewals and expand existing customer revenue.

You will collaborate with the Revenue Systems team to connect product usage, support, and renewal signals, and design agent workflows for cross-sell motions. Ideal candidates have hands-on automation experience in RevOps/GTM Ops, proficiency with n8n/Make/Zapier, and strong

Qualifications

• Experience in RevOps, GTM Ops, or related with hands-on automation.
• Proficiency in low-code orchestration tools and Python/TypeScript for API integrations.
• Strong SQL skills; comfortable with CRMs (HubSpot preferred) for data-driven agents.

Responsibilities

• Apply a signal-driven, agent-centered approach to existing customer revenue base.
• Collaborate with Revenue Systems team to connect product usage, support, and renewal signals.
• Develop AI agents to monitor health, flag risks, and enable cross-sell and renewals.
