Job summary

Lattice is seeking a GTM Analytics Manager to partner with cross-functional teams and inform our GTM strategy and business decisions. This senior IC role supports revenue by delivering insights to Marketing, Sales, CX, and Operations leaders.

You will develop dashboards and models, ensure data quality, and translate complex analyses into actionable recommendations to drive revenue efficiency. This role sits within the Business Operations function and collaborates across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's in a quantitative field or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years in analytics/data science, finance, or strategic role in a technology company.
• Strong SQL and dbt skills are a must.
• Prior experience with Looker (or other BI tool) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain key performance metrics and dashboards to track revenue performance across sales, marketing, and customer success.
• Analyze revenue data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement.
• Provide actionable insights to senior leadership and business stakeholders to inform decision-making.
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot dbt data models, identifying and resolving data quality issues.
• Support and maintain integrations of GTM tools (Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Marketo, etc.).
• Refine ambiguous questions and generate new insights through data understanding of the business and customers.
• Translate technical analyses into digestible, actionable recommendations.
