Job summary

Luxury Presence is building the AI growth platform for real estate. In this remote-first role, you'll stand up the talent analytics function from the ground up, define data standards across ATS, HRIS, and sourcing tools, and craft the storytelling that helps candidates say yes.

You'll own dashboards, KPI definitions, and reports, partnering with Finance on headcount planning and workforce analytics, and shaping employer brand collateral such as one-pagers and offer decks.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in talent analytics or related fields.
• Hands-on experience with ATS and HRIS data.
• Proficient in SQL and advanced spreadsheet modeling.
• Experience building dashboards in a BI tool.
• Ability to define data standards and drive adoption.
• Experience partnering with Finance on headcount planning.

Responsibilities

• Build and own talent analytics dashboards used by recruiters and leaders.
• Define KPIs and targets for talent metrics.
• Automate reporting to refresh automatically.
• Design offer decks and collateral to improve candidate messaging.
