Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on software development or solutions engineering.
• Understanding of sales and marketing funnels.
• Experience building internal tools or web apps.
• Comfort with APIs and scripting languages.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain internal AI tools supporting sales and customer retention workflows.
• Implement features and improvements across the GTM tech stack.
• Collaborate with Sales, CS, and RevOps to gather requirements.
• Automate routine funnel tasks like lead routing and pipeline updates.
• Write clean, tested code and document it.
• Monitor tools, fix bugs, and evaluate new AI platforms and integrations.
