Job summary

3E is seeking a GTM Enablement and Operations Manager to shape how we bring AI-driven products to market. You’ll bridge Product and Commercial teams, building Playbooks, processes, and motions to accelerate growth, adoption, and revenue.

Expect collaboration across Product, Marketing, Sales, and RevOps in a fast-paced, AI-first environment. You will own strategic planning for product launches, evolve solution positioning, and enable commercial teams with tools, messaging, and playbooks.

Qualifications

Experience driving GTM strategy for B2B SaaS or regulatory/sustainability tech.
Ability to lead cross-functional GTM initiatives and launches.
Strong data-driven decision making and market insights abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end product launch planning across Product, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success.
Coordinate cross-functional go-to-market efforts and enablement in Jira.
Mine win/loss data and market trends to refine positioning and messaging.
Develop compelling product positioning for key buyers and audiences.
Provide training, pricing guidance, and enablement materials to sales teams.
Track performance with SFDC, Gong, Pendo and other tools to optimize campaigns.
Develop scalable go-to-market strategies and continuous improvement processes.
Adapt GTM strategies based on customer feedback and product evolution.
