Job summary

Cribl is seeking a GTM AI Product Manager to define, build, and scale AI-powered experiences that measurably improve sales productivity and accelerate revenue execution. You will own the product vision, roadmap, and delivery for GTM AI, partnering with sellers and GTM leaders to translate insights into practical workflows.

You’ll apply CUJ/JTBD thinking to identify seller friction, drive adoption, and deliver outcomes across Rox, Salesforce, Gong, and the GTM Data Fabric.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Strategy, Business Systems, or a related function at a B2B SaaS company.
• Experience owning product vision, roadmap prioritization, requirements, launches, adoption, and success metrics for a business-critical product or platform.
• Strong ability to translate seller needs into product requirements using CUJ and JTBD frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for GTM AI in partnership with GTM leaders, sellers, and technical stakeholders.
• Own end-to-end discovery, prioritization, delivery, adoption, and outcomes for GTM AI.
• Collaborate with engineering, business systems, data, and security teams on architecture, integrations, and data quality.
• Design AI-powered workflows that improve sales productivity and seller effectiveness.
