Job summary

Basis is seeking a Growth Engineer to own the go-to-market engine end-to-end, from applications to experiments that scale revenue. This NYC-based, in-person role partners with the Head of Sales and RevOps to build a greenfield stack that drives growth from day one onward.

You’ll design architecture, run playbooks, and own the revenue-tech stack, including CRM integrations, outbound tooling, and AI-powered workflows. A background in early-stage growth with hands-on GTM tooling is ideal.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring GTM tooling and CRMs with end-to-end ownership.
• Hands-on SQL, API usage, and lightweight automation experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the GTM stack end-to-end: architecture, data model, automation, and evolving needs.
• Build and run outbound infrastructure for scalable outreach and tracking.
• Design integration layer: connect CRM to revenue stack and synchronize data contracts.
• Run paid acquisition experiments with measurable pipeline impact.
• Embed AI-powered workflows for enrichment, scoring, and visibility across the funnel.
• Partner with senior leadership to align architecture with growth goals.
