Job summary

New Relic, Inc. is hiring a GTM AI Engineer to help build the Revenue Velocity stack. You will optimize opportunity management, forecasting, and post-sale workflows while deploying AI-powered automations to drive higher deal velocity.

You will collaborate with Sales, Expansion, and Marketing to translate operational needs into scalable technical solutions, leveraging Salesforce, HubSpot, and other tools in a modern GTM ecosystem. Remote-friendly role with flexible work options.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in GTM systems or revenue operations.
• Experience powering sales pipelines and post-sale processes.
• Hands-on with webhooks, APIs, or low-code automation.
• Experience designing marketing campaigns and lead nurturing.
• Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Curiosity, practical experimentation, and analytical problem-solving.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, Salesloft, Marketo, Clay.
• SQL skills to derive insights from data.
• Experience with data validation and deduplication across platforms.
• Interest in applying AI to automate workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain opportunity management, handoffs, forecasting, and post-sales workflows.
• Identify gaps and optimize the funnel from first meeting to renewal.
• Deploy automations for next-best actions using Clay, Boomi, Claude, Gemini.
• Execute data hygiene and enrichment across CRM records.
• Test, monitor, and troubleshoot GTM workflows to minimize drag.
• Collaborate with Sales, Accounts, and Marketing to translate needs into solutions.
• Connect GTM tools into a cohesive stack and scale it.
• Turn GTM goals into reliable, scalable workflows with speed and quality.
