Job summary

New Relic, Inc. is seeking a GTM AI Engineer to help automate revenue operations and optimize our go-to-market stack. You will collaborate with Sales, Accounts, and Marketing to design AI-powered workflows and improve deal velocity.

You will deploy automation across opportunity management, forecasting, and post-sale processes, using tools like Salesforce, Hubspot, Clay, and Boomi, while maintaining data quality and cross-team alignment.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in GTM systems, revenue operations, or sales architecture at a fast-moving company.
Built or supported systems powering sales pipelines, post-sale processes, and lifecycle ops.
Hands-on automations using webhooks, APIs, or low-code platforms.
Experience designing and executing marketing campaigns, outreach, and lead nurturing.
Ability to translate operational needs into clean system design with technical teams.
Curiosity and analytical problem-solving with AI applications in GTM workflows.
Familiarity with Salesforce, Hubspot, Salesloft, Marketo, Clay.
Ability to work with SQL to derive data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

Assist in building and maintaining systems powering opportunity management and forecasting.
Identify gaps and optimize the funnel from first meeting to renewal.
Deploy automations to surface next-best actions and improve deal velocity.
Perform data hygiene and enrichment across CRM records for accuracy.
Test, monitor, and troubleshoot automated GTM workflows.
Collaborate with Sales, Accounts, and Marketing to translate needs into solutions.
Connect GTM tools into a cohesive stack and scale it.
Turn high-level GTM goals into reliable, scalable workflows.
