New Relic, Inc. invites applications for a GTM AI Engineer to help build the AI-powered Revenue Velocity engine. You will identify operational friction and help deploy automation that enables Sales, Expansion, and PLG teams to focus on high-value activity.

You will help connect the GTM stack across Salesforce, HubSpot, Salesloft, Marketo, Clay, Gemini, and Boomi, while ensuring data quality and scalable processes. This role supports a modern, AI-driven go-to-market approach.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in GTM systems, revenue operations, or sales architecture at a fast-moving company.
• Hands-on experience building automations using webhooks, APIs, or low-code platforms
• Proven experience designing and executing marketing campaigns, personalized outreach, and lead nurturing strategies
• Enjoyment of working closely with both technical and non-technical teams to turn operational problems into clean system design
• Innate curiosity, hands-on experimentation, and strong analytical problem-solving skills
• Deep familiarity with GTM platforms including Salesforce, Hubspot, Salesloft, Marketo, Clay
• Proficiency in analytics and SQL to derive insights from data
• Experience maintaining data integrity across sale/marketing platforms through data validation and deduplication
• Passion for applying AI to automate and enhance customer and sales workflows

Responsibilities

• Systems & Automations: Build and maintain systems powering opportunity management, sales handoffs, forecasting, and post-sales workflows.
• Process Optimization: Identify gaps, solve edge cases, and ensure funnel runs smoothly.
• AI-Native Automation: Deploy automations that surface next-best actions and trigger follow-ups using Clay, Boomi, Claude, Gemini.
• Data Hygiene & Enrichment: Run data hygiene and enrichment across CRM records for accuracy.
• Workflow Testing & Monitoring: Test, monitor, and troubleshoot automated GTM workflows.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Sales, Accounts, and Marketing to translate needs into solutions.
• Stack Evolution: Connect GTM tools into a cohesive stack and evolve it as we scale.
• Execution: Turn GTM goals into reliable, scalable workflows.
