Syndio is seeking a GTM Engineer to build internal products the revenue organization runs on, using AI agents as the default tool. You will route leads, score them, and wire signals across tools, delivering practical, adopted solutions rather than theoretical specs.

The role spans Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, with immediate visibility of impact on pipeline, renewal risk, and partner health. You’ll ship usable, measurable tools and drive adoption across the revenue motion.

Formación

• Translate business problems into technical solutions and measure adoption.

Responsabilidades

• Build dashboards, data pipelines, and internal tools used by the revenue org.
• Improve agents and add new skills, integrations, and autonomous workflows.
• Develop marketing tools to show pipeline drivers and Marketing output.
• Create internal sales tools like post-call follow-ups and prospecting pipelines.
• Document releases and tie them to the problems solved and adopters.
