We are seeking a GTM operations engineer who will design AI-powered workflows to optimize lead routing, account research, scoring, and seller briefings, connected across Salesforce, Marketo, and other systems. You will be hands-on, building integrations and data pipelines, while collaborating with Sales, RevOps, and Marketing Ops to translate business needs into scalable technology.

Qualifications

Experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Operations, GTM Systems, or a similar GTM function.
Strong understanding of B2B revenue workflows including lead management, routing, enrichment, qualification, account prioritization, prospecting, and pipeline generation.
Hands-on builder who has created automations, integrations, internal tools, or data workflows — not just managed the systems around them.

Responsibilities

Build AI-powered GTM workflows across lead management, account research, routing, scoring, prioritization, personalization, seller briefings, and follow-up.
Connect signals from web activity, intent, product usage, CRM history, and third-party data to identify high-value accounts.
