Freshworks is seeking a GTM-focused builder who will develop AI-powered workflows and automation to optimize revenue operations. You will connect signals across multiple systems to identify high-value accounts and drive timely actions, while automating the GTM stack and delivering reliable, scalable tools for Sales and Marketing teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in Revenue Operations or a similar GTM function.
• Hands-on builder who has created automations, integrations, or internal tools.
• Experience with GTM platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, Clay, Outreach, Salesloft, or HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-powered GTM workflows: design and deploy agents and automations across lead management, routing, scoring, prioritization, personalization, seller briefings, and follow-up.
• Turn buyer signals into action by connecting signals across web activity, intent, product usage, CRM history, engagement data, and third-party sources.
• Automate the GTM stack by building integrations and workflows across systems like Salesforce, Clay, Marketo, sales engagement platforms, enrichment providers, and internal data sources.
• Build agents and internal tools using LLMs, APIs, webhooks, automation platforms, and scripting to aid sellers and revenue teams.
• Solve frontline GTM problems by partnering with Sales, SDR/BDR, Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, RevOps, and Demand Gen teams.
• Prototype and iterate quickly, measuring effectiveness and refining based on user feedback.
• Make AI workflows reliable with validation, guardrails, monitoring, and error handling.
