Job summary

Freshworks is seeking a hands-on AI/GTM engineer to build agents, workflows, and intelligence systems powering the next generation of our GTM organization. You’ll connect signals from Salesforce, Marketo, and product usage to actions for frontline teams.

You will work across RevOps, SalesOps, Marketing Ops, SDR/BDR, and Core Engineering to translate revenue problems into scalable tech solutions. Hybrid onsite in San Mateo, CA.

Qualifications

• Strong programming experience in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience building AI/LLM-powered applications and agents.
• Familiarity with GTM platforms (Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach).
• Experience with data pipelines, APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.
• Knowledge of production concerns: observability, tracing, retries, error handling.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy AI-powered GTM systems and workflows across account research, lead management, routing, scoring, prioritization, seller briefings, and follow-up.
• Engineer data pipelines that combine web activity, intent, product usage, CRM history, and engagement signals.
• Connect LLMs with Salesforce, Marketo, Clay, and other GTM systems via APIs and webhooks.
• Build AI applications using patterns like function/tool calling and deterministic logic.
• Move prototypes to production with authentication, logging, and monitoring.
• Create evaluations and feedback loops to improve agent reliability over time.
• Collaborate with RevOps, SalesOps, Marketing Ops, SDR/BDR, Demand Gen, and Core Engineering.
