Job summary

Motive is seeking a GTM Engineer to own AI-powered workflows within the Deal Desk team. You will prototype, build, and scale internal AI tools for Sales, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and measurable business impact across SMB to Strategic accounts.

You will work with Deal Desk, Product, ESYS, and business stakeholders to design production-ready solutions using Glean, Salesforce ecosystems, and modern front-end tools, while balancing cost and performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of hands-on Deal Desk or RevOps experience.
• Experience with CPQ and CLM platforms.
• Strong understanding of AI fundamentals such as context windows, token usage, compute costs, chunking, and performance benchmarks.

Responsibilities

• Identify Deal Desk bottlenecks and automate workflows.
• Design robust human-in-the-loop validation and audit trails for compliance.
• Develop prototypes, scale production tools, and maintain AI-enabled internal tools.
• Create prompts and workflows for models like Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity.
• Ensure UX is approachable for non-technical business users.
• Train end-users on launched tools.
