Job summary

New Relic, Inc. is hiring a GTM AI Engineer to contribute to our Revenue Velocity engine. You will identify operational friction and help build AI-powered infrastructure for Sales (SLG), Expansion, and PLG to focus on high-value selling.

You will build and maintain stacks that convert product signals into automated sales actions, collaborating with Sales, Accounts, and Marketing to translate needs into scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of GTM systems or revenue operations experience at a fast-moving company.
• Built or supported systems powering sales pipelines and lifecycle ops.
• Hands-on automation with webhooks, APIs, or low-code platforms.
• Experience designing marketing campaigns, personalized outreach, and lead nurturing.
• Collaborates with both technical and non-technical teams to turn problems into clean designs.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and curiosity; proficient with SQL for insights.
• Familiar with Salesforce, HubSpot, Salesloft, Marketo, and Clay.
• Data hygiene, deduplication, and list hygiene across CRM/marketing stacks.

Responsibilities

• Systems & Automations: Build and maintain systems powering opportunity management, handoffs, forecasting, and post-sales workflows.
• Process Optimization: Identify gaps and ensure the funnel runs smoothly from first meeting to renewal.
• AI-Native Automation: Deploy automations to surface next-best actions and boost deal velocity.
• Data Hygiene & Enrichment: Ensure CRM data accuracy and completeness across records.
• Workflow Testing & Monitoring: Test, monitor and troubleshoot automated GTM workflows.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Sales, Accounts, and Marketing to translate needs into tech solutions.
• Stack Evolution: Connect GTM tools into a cohesive stack and improve it as we scale.
• Execution: Turn GTM goals into reliable, scalable workflows with speed and quality.
