Job summary

New Relic, Inc. is seeking a GTM AI Engineer to shape the Revenue Velocity engine. You will identify operational friction and help build AI-powered infrastructure enabling Sales (SLG), Expansion, and PLG teams to focus on high-value selling.

You will help create and maintain the stack turning product signals into automated sales actions. You will collaborate with Sales, Accounts, and Marketing to translate needs into robust, scalable workflows, while integrating GTM tools and ensuring data

Qualifications

• 2+ years in GTM systems, revenue operations, or sales architecture at a fast-moving company.
• Built or supported systems powering sales pipelines and lifecycle ops.
• Hands-on automation using webhooks, APIs, or low-code platforms.
• Experience designing marketing campaigns, personalized outreach, and lead nurturing.
• Collaborates with technical and non-technical teams to design clean systems.
• Curiosity, experimentation, and strong analytical problem-solving.
• Familiar with Salesforce, Hubspot, Salesloft, Marketo, Clay; SQL proficient.
• Data validation, deduplication, and list hygiene across platforms.
• Interest in applying AI to automate customer and sales workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain systems powering opportunity management, handoffs, forecasting, and post-sales workflows.
• Identify gaps and optimize the funnel from first meeting to renewal.
• Deploy AI-native automations for next-best actions and timely follow-ups.
• Perform data hygiene and enrichment across CRM records.
• Test, monitor, and troubleshoot automated GTM workflows.
• Collaborate with Sales, Accounts, and Marketing to translate needs into solutions.
• Evolve the stack by connecting GTM tools and improving scalability.
• Turn high-level GTM goals into reliable, scalable workflows.
