Job summary

Oneleet, a fast-growing security and compliance platform, is seeking a GTM AI Engineer - Data & Attribution to own the data backbone of go-to-market motion. You will integrate data from HubSpot, Dreamdata, Google Ads, LinkedIn, PostHog, and our website into BigQuery, establishing a single truth source for accurate insights.

You’ll translate clean data into executive dashboards and account intelligence to sharpen ABM and outbound motions.

Responsibilities

• Data gathering & Pipeline Ownership: Design, build, and manage our data pipeline in BigQuery, unifying data from HubSpot, Dreamdata, Google Ads, LinkedIn, PostHog, and the website into one reliable source of truth.
• Attribution & Tracking: Maintain deep, working knowledge of how browsers work, how data is collected and reconciled across platforms, and how to explain discrepancies.
