Job summary

HUD is seeking a GTM Lead, Commercial Partnerships to identify and engage with ML engineers, AI researchers, and engineering leaders at frontier labs and enterprises. You will craft technical messaging and close deals at scale, building outbound systems and automation to accelerate growth.

The role blends technical conversation with sales execution, requiring independent work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build and run a GTM motion with measurable results.
• Strong track record of closing deals and strategic thinking.
• Technical background with experience in GTM tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own outbound pipeline end-to-end from targeting to meeting booking.
• Build and maintain GTM workflows with automation.
• Use AI tools to 10x output and build internal tools.
• Develop messaging for technical buyers, including ML engineers and AI leaders.
• Learn new prospect businesses, pain points, and why HUD matters to them.
• Track pipeline metrics and optimize conversions at each stage.
• Collaborate with founders to refine our GTM playbook as we scale.
