Job summary

Formic is seeking a Go-To-Market Engineer to architect and manage our GTM tech stack, including AI-powered outreach and multi-channel campaigns. You will collaborate with Marketing, RevOps, and Sales leadership to scale lead generation while ensuring clean data and reliable measurement.

You will build and optimize AI-driven workflows, create campaign assets, and maintain dashboards that surface pipeline metrics, CAC, and ROI.

Qualifications

Experience building and deploying GTM tech stacks for marketing campaigns.
Ability to design AI-powered workflows for lead generation and attribution.
Proven ability to collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Leadership to scale campaigns.

Responsibilities

Own the technical setup and ongoing management of the GTM tech stack.
Design and build automated, AI-powered outreach systems and workflows.
Partner with Marketing and Sales to execute multi-channel campaigns across email, video, social, and paid channels.
Ensure campaigns are tracked with proper attribution and measurable outcomes.
Create dashboards and reporting to surface pipeline metrics and ROI.
