Job summary

Formic is seeking a Go-To-Market Engineer to architect and manage our GTM tech stack, including AI-powered outreach and multi-channel campaigns. You will collaborate with Marketing, RevOps, and Sales leadership to scale lead generation while ensuring clean data and reliable measurement.

You will build and optimize AI-driven workflows, create campaign assets, and maintain dashboards that surface pipeline metrics, CAC, and ROI.

Qualifications

• Experience building and deploying GTM tech stacks for marketing campaigns.
• Ability to design AI-powered workflows for lead generation and attribution.
• Proven ability to collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Leadership to scale campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical setup and ongoing management of the GTM tech stack.
• Design and build automated, AI-powered outreach systems and workflows.
• Partner with Marketing and Sales to execute multi-channel campaigns across email, video, social, and paid channels.
• Ensure campaigns are tracked with proper attribution and measurable outcomes.
• Create dashboards and reporting to surface pipeline metrics and ROI.
