Tulip in Somerville, MA is seeking a hands-on GTM Engineering professional to design and ship AI-native tools, agents, and automations powering Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations. This hybrid role splits time between building in Clay and integrating with the GTM stack, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, and delivering measurable business impact in production.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5+ years in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, Business Systems, or software engineering building data/AI apps.
• Hands-on experience building and shipping AI-powered workflows or agentic automations solving real business problems.
• Deep familiarity with Clay and GTM tech stack: Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, Looker, and similar.
• Comfort writing scripts or connecting systems via APIs/webhooks (Python, JavaScript, or SQL).
• Proven ability to scope vague asks into measurable solutions and ship iteratively.
• Experience integrating LLMs/ML into production systems (RAG, evaluations) is a plus.
• Familiarity with data warehouses or BI tools (Redshift, Sigma) is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience.

Aufgaben

• Design, build, and ship AI-native tools and automations in Clay that make GTM teams faster and more reliable.
• Integrate LLMs and agentic patterns into production GTM workflows (CRM enrichment, account scoring, deal intelligence, outreach).
• Evaluate and evolve the GTM tech ecosystem, building integrations and automation frameworks to reduce manual effort.
• Diagnose gaps in core GTM workflows: pipeline management, forecasting, sales enablement, partner operations.
• Partner with stakeholders across Revenue Ops, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to turn ambiguous requests into well-scoped tools.
• Own end-to-end delivery: prototyping, backend services, deployment, monitoring, iteration with guardrails for production.
• Measure adoption and business impact to guide what to build next.
