Lansweeper seeks a GTM Applications Engineer (AI Agents & Integrations) to own the technical layer connecting our GTM application stack and automate end-to-end processes. You’ll prototype and deploy AI agents, build data pipelines, and reduce admin overhead with AI-driven workflows.

Based in Austin, TX or Belgium, you’ll collaborate with GTM Ops, Sales, and Customer Success to translate process needs into scalable, production-ready AI solutions. Requires hands-on AI agent experience.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in a technical applications, systems administration, or integrations role within corporate environments.
• Hands-on experience building with AI agents or AI-assisted tooling and production deployments.
• Practical prompt engineering skills for reliable production outputs.
• Experience with integration/orchestration platforms such as Workato or Zapier.
• Experience deploying AI agents on LangChain, Claude managed agents, Salesforce Agentforce, or similar.

Responsabilités

• Own configuration, administration, and troubleshooting for the GTM application stack.
• Build and maintain integrations and data pipelines between GTM apps and Salesforce.
• Identify GTM processes for AI/automation to reduce admin burden and consolidate tooling.
• Design, build, and deploy AI agents across the stack using multiple platforms.
• Monitor observability, track production behavior, and iterate based on usage.
• Create human-in-the-loop checkpoints and fallback paths.
• Provide technical guidance across GTM systems projects as a senior AI integration voice.
• Take on Salesforce admin tasks alongside the Salesforce team.
• Evaluate and onboard new AI tools as the stack evolves.
• Partner with GTM Ops, Sales, and Customer Success to translate needs into scalable AI solutions.
