Job summary

Tulip Interfaces in Somerville, MA is seeking a hands-on engineer to design and ship AI-native tools that power Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations. You will work across Clay, LLM platforms, and the broader GTM stack to deliver reliable, measurable improvements.

Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to turn vague requests into well-scoped solutions, deploying production-grade software with guardrails and data quality at the core.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in GTM Engineering or Revenue Operations
• Hands-on experience shipping AI-powered workflows that solve real business problems
• Familiar with Clay and GTM tech stack (Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, Looker)
• Ability to script or connect systems via APIs/webhooks (Python/JS/SQL)
• Experience integrating LLMs/ML into production systems (a plus)
• Familiarity with data warehouses or BI tools (Redshift, Sigma) is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship AI-native tools, agents, and automations in Clay and adjacent platforms for GTM teams
• Integrate LLMs and agentic patterns into production GTM workflows (CRM enrichment, account scoring, deal intelligence)
• Evaluate and evolve GTM tech ecosystem (Salesforce, Clay, Gong, ZoomInfo) to reduce manual effort and improve reliability
• Diagnose gaps in pipeline management, forecasting, enablement, and partner operations; ship measurable solutions
• Partner with Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to turn ambiguous requests into scoped tools
• Own end-to-end delivery: prototyping, backend services, deployment, monitoring, and iteration
• Measure adoption and business impact to guide what to build next
