Job summary

Zone & Co. seeks a GTM Engineering leader to architect the data, integrations, and automation powering its AI-driven GTM engine inside NetSuite-based workflows.

You will design the enrichment layer, integrate CRM, marketing tech, and data warehouse, and drive adoption across the GTM org. You will bring hands-on GTM automation experience, deep Clay and Salesforce expertise, and a proven ability to translate ambiguous business problems into scalable systems while leading a growing team in a fully

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on experience building GTM automation and integrations.
• Deep expertise in Clay or a comparable enrichment/workflow platform.
• Strong Salesforce experience, including data governance.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or JavaScript to build/fix workflows.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Looker.
• Proven experience applying LLMs and agentic tooling to revenue workflows.
• Knowledge of sales qualification frameworks (e.g., BANT, MEDDIC).
• Understanding of deliverability, data quality, and compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
• Experience managing or mentoring a team.
• Preferred: prior BDR or SDR experience.

Responsibilities

• Data and integrations: connect enrichment providers, internal data sources, and AI to keep data accurate and usable.
• Design data flows with proper mapping and contracts; avoid one-off scripts.
• Integrate systems across CRM, sequencing, marketing automation, and data warehouse.
• Evaluate new tools and prevent redundancy in the GTM stack.
• Automation: build inbound lead scoring, routing, and response workflows.
• Build outbound list building, enrichment, sequencing, and conversion tracking workflows.
• Translate opportunities into production-ready solutions; turn ambiguous problems into working systems.
• Lead pragmatic system evolution from manual prospecting to automated workflows.
• AI and experimentation: design agentic workflows for enrichment, scoring, and rep productivity; run experiments; measure outcomes.
• Report system performance using BI tools like Tableau or Looker.
• Team enablement: guide the BDR team as it moves to GTM engineering; teach workflow design and Clay proficiency.
• Support GTM teams in building their own agents and automations; ensure production-readiness.
• Governance, quality, and compliance: design safeguards for deliverability, data quality, and GDPR/CAN-SPAM compliance.
• Document and test everything before release; apply guardrails on cost and performance.
