Job summary

Level AI is a remote-first company seeking a builder-first leader to design and ship revenue-operations systems. You’ll work across Salesforce, Gong, and Claude to create forecasting models, deal-desk governance, and territory planning while owning the end-to-end stack.

You’ll rigorously implement AI-powered GTM components, build live dashboards for the CRO, and drive cross-functional projects with clear ownership. A hands-on, shipping mindset is essential in this zero-to-one environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in RevOps, GTM engineering, or sales strategy at high-growth B2B SaaS/AI.
• Hands-on builder who has built forecasts, routing logic, deal-desk rules, dashboards, or GTM automations.
• Fluency in Salesforce and Gong; strong analytical and systems-design instincts.
• Bias toward shipping: scope tightly, deliver, and close the loop.
• Experience with AI tooling (Claude, agents, LLM-driven workflows) as core stack.

Responsibilities

• Own the forecast and deal engine for MEDDICC-based processes.
• Lead GTM engineering and signal intelligence initiatives (usage, intent data, scored queues).
• Architect GTM AI agents: research, sequencing, forecasting, and pipeline briefings.
• Build and maintain the CRO's live operating system: dashboards, hygiene, and governance.
• Drive cross-functional GTM projects end-to-end with clear owners and definitions of done.
