Job summary

Gusto is seeking a GTM AI Agent Builder to design, implement, and support AI-based automation across Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships. You will translate business problems into scalable, measurable workflows that power faster, smarter revenue operations.

The role sits within Revenue Operations and collaborates with Data, BizTech, and GTM leadership to deliver AI-enabled improvements. Denver-based teams are part of a broader AI-native strategy.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or Product.
• Experience building and implementing automation that improved productivity, accuracy, or revenue outcomes.
• Comfortable experimenting with AI tools, agents, and automation workflows — strong intuition for where AI adds leverage.
• Experience working with GTM systems (Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, data warehouses) and connecting insights to commercial impact.
• Solid program execution and prioritization skills — able to manage multiple cross-functional workstreams and drive measurable progress.

Responsibilities

• Support GTM AI strategy and roadmap with technology evaluation and use cases.
• Design and deploy AI-driven workflows that streamline GTM processes.
• Collaborate with RevOps and GTM leaders to identify automation opportunities.
• Define evaluation frameworks for prompt reliability, latency and impact.
• Implement integrations between Salesforce, GTM tools, and the data warehouse.
• Assist in model and vendor evaluations for AI tools.
• Support rollout, ownership, training, and measurable outcomes.
• Scale reusable automation patterns across teams.
