Ladders seeks a GTM AI Agent Builder in New York to shape how AI is applied across go-to-market operations, partnering with Revenue Operations and GTM leaders to identify high-value automation opportunities and turn them into scalable solutions. This role blends strategy, execution, and cross-functional collaboration as the team evaluates tools and rolls out new capabilities.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or Product in high-growth SaaS.
• Experience building automation that improves productivity and revenue.
• Familiar with AI tools and automation workflows; not required ML expertise.
• Strong GTM systems knowledge, e.g., Salesforce, and impact on commercial success.
• Excellent communication and multi-project prioritization.
• Curious and adaptable mindset toward applying AI in revenue operations.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the GTM AI strategy and roadmap, including technology evaluation and business use cases
• Design and deploy AI-driven workflows to enhance sales productivity
• Collaborate with RevOps and GTM leaders to identify automation opportunities and connect initiatives to business results
• Define and maintain evaluation frameworks to measure AI performance and business impact
• Implement integrations linking Salesforce and other tools to AI insights
• Assist in evaluating models and vendors for best-in-class AI solutions
• Support rollout of AI initiatives with clear training and measurable outcomes
• Collaborate on implementing reusable automation patterns across teams
