Gusto in San Francisco is seeking a GTM AI Agent Builder to design, implement, and support AI-powered automation that makes our revenue engine smarter, faster, and more human across Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships. You’ll translate complex business problems into scalable AI workflows, measure impact, and collaborate with RevOps and GTM leaders to drive measurable growth.

This is an AI-native, cross-functional role shaping how we sell and serve customers.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in Revenue Operations or related fields.
• Experience building automation or operational systems to boost productivity or revenue.
• Comfort with testing AI tools, agents, and automation workflows.
• Experience with GTM systems (Salesforce, Gong, Outreach) and translating insights to business impact.
• Strong program execution and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Support GTM AI strategy and roadmap, evaluating technology and use cases.
• Design and deploy AI-driven workflows that automate GTM processes.
• Collaborate with RevOps and GTM leaders to identify automation opportunities.
• Define evaluation frameworks for prompt reliability, latency, and cost.
• Implement integrations linking Salesforce, GTM tools, and data warehouse.
• Assist in model and vendor evaluation and scaling AI tools.
• Support rollout of AI initiatives with ownership, training, measurable outcomes.
• Scale reusable automation patterns across teams with guardrails.
