Job summary

Gusto, Inc. seeks a GTM AI Agent Builder to shape how AI-native selling drives revenue across Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships. You’ll translate business problems into scalable AI workflows that automate manual work and improve decision-making.

You’ll collaborate with RevOps, Data, BizTech, and GTM leadership to bring automation and AI to life across revenue systems and processes, including Salesforce integrations. Hybrid work options available.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in Revenue Operations or Product, ideally within high-growth SaaS or technology companies
• 2–4 years in an earlier-stage AI-focused company
• Experience working with GTM systems (Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, data warehouses) and connecting insights to commercial impact

Responsibilities

• Support GTM AI Strategy: contribute to the GTM AI strategy and roadmap, including technology evaluation and business use cases.
• Build & Execute: design and deploy AI-driven workflows and automation to streamline GTM processes.
• Partner Cross-Functionally: work with RevOps and GTM leaders to identify automation opportunities and measure outcomes.
• Measure Performance & Impact: help define evaluation frameworks for prompt reliability, latency, and business impact.
• Build Data & Systems Connections: integrate Salesforce, GTM tools, and data warehouses to AI workflows.
• Execute Program Management: support rollout, pilots, and measurable outcomes.
• Scale Reusable Patterns: implement automation patterns with guardrails across teams.
