Job summary

Gong is seeking a GTM AI Architect to identify leverage points, design and deploy AI-powered workflows for revenue teams, and raise productivity across GTM functions. You will scope and implement solutions end-to-end, moving from concept to production with measurable impact.

Partnering with Ops, Analytics, Product, and IT, you’ll drive adoption, quantify outcomes, and help field teams close more deals with AI-enabled processes.

Qualifications

• Experience building or scaling AI/technology adoption initiatives.
• Track record of tying technical work to measurable business outcomes.
• Ability to design and implement solutions end-to-end, not just prototypes.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication.
• Familiarity with modern AI/LLM tooling for credible discussions with engineers.

Responsibilities

• Identify friction in GTM workflows and propose AI-driven solutions.
• Architect AI-powered workflows and internal tools for GTM teams.
• Lead initiatives from concept to production and iterative improvements.
• Translate technical options into business cases and outcomes for leadership.
• Collaborate with Ops, Analytics, Product, and IT to build on existing data foundations.
• Drive adoption of new AI tools and measure impact across teams.
• Work with subject matter experts from field teams.
