Job summary

Gong is hiring a GTM Engineer to design, build, and own automations, AI agents, and internal tools for its go-to-market org. You will ship production automations across Sales, SDR, CS, and Partnerships, focusing on prospecting intelligence, account signals, pipeline governance, and renewal processes.

You will work in a small product-like team, measuring success in pipeline growth, conversion lift, retention, and rep productivity, with a strong emphasis on observable impact and scalable

Qualifications

• 2+ years building automations, internal tools, or production software.
• Fluent with Python/TypeScript and APIs/webhooks; able to ship end-to-end.
• Experience with AI-native tooling and modern GTM tech stack is a plus.
• Ability to translate operational problems into scoped, shippable builds.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI-powered workflows and agents across the GTM lifecycle.
• Own reliability with observability, retries, and safe failure paths.
• Build internal apps and tooling to reduce fragmentation in the revenue stack.
• Collaborate with Sales/SDR/CS/Marketing to embed solutions in the field.
• Instrument builds with performance tracking to show business impact.
