Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a GSOC Shift Lead for the Global Security Operations Center. You will oversee day-to-day GSOC operations, monitor security systems, coordinate the team, and ensure timely incident response and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of GSOC experience, strong written communication, familiarity with CCURE or similar tools, and the ability to communicate effectively with executives and stakeholders. This is a full-time on-site role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s or higher in Emergency Management, Communications, IT, Criminal Justice or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable Global Security Operations Center experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day GSOC operations and monitor security systems.
• Coordinate GSOC team activities during the shift and respond to incidents.
• Ensure compliance with client regulations and applicable laws.
