Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory/management experience.
• At least 1 year in a GSOC or related operation.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn software quickly.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between the GSOC, Contract Security Management, and Global Security Management.
• Develop and direct GSOC functions to align with client goals.
• Provide analysis and direction to maximize GSOC value.
• Create training exercises to improve GSOC personnel performance.
• Identify new technologies and upgrades for existing systems.
