Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer - GSOC Shift Lead in Goodyear, AZ. You will oversee GSOC day-to-day operations, coordinate the shift team, monitor security systems, and respond to incidents to safeguard client sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Minimum of two years of technical writing experience.
• Minimum of two years of security experience.
• Minimum of two years of GSOC experience.
• Experience using CCURE and surveillance tools.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Strong written communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day to day operations within the GSOC, ensuring procedures are followed.
• Coordinate activities of the GSOC team during shifts and respond to incidents.
• Update the GSOC Operator schedule to ensure coverage.
• Ensure GSOC activities comply with laws and client regulations.
• Conduct audits and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure training is completed and new hires retrained as needed.
• Develop, implement, and enforce SOPs for GSOC operations.
• Monitor security systems and intelligence sources with client policies.
• Complete metrics for Operators to meet client standards.
• Troubleshoot security applications and liaise with system team.
• Serve as the primary incident response contact and coordinate with stakeholders.
