Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Supervisor to lead the GSOC and its staff, systems, and procedures for timely incident response. The role is full-time with a pay rate of $31.00 per hour and daytime schedule.

The supervisor will coordinate with security management, develop processes, and ensure alignment with client goals while training staff and overseeing operational tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years supervisory/management experience.
• Minimum of one year working in a Security Operations Center or related operation.
• Ability to prioritize workload and delegate tasks.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills including MS Office and rapid learning of new software.
• Valid driver’s license if driving company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the liaison between the GSOC, Contract Security Management, and Global Security Management.
• Develop and direct the GSOC functions, processes, and operations to align with client goals.
• Perform analysis, planning, and provide direction for maximum GSOC value.
• Develop and document training exercises for GSOC personnel.
• Develop GSOC functionality and assist in identifying new technologies and upgrades.
• Receive and respond to emergency and non-emergency calls from employees, vendors, law enforcement, and field staff.
