AbbVie is seeking a GSOC Supervisor to lead security operations, monitor global risks, and coordinate incident response. The role requires managing a team of analysts, ensuring policy compliance, and communicating with leadership during crises.

The 2nd shift runs Monday–Friday 1:30 PM–10:00 PM. Responsibilities include training, performance evaluation, and cross-functional collaboration across security teams.

Formación

• 3+ years in security operations or intelligence center.
• Experience leading a team in a 24/7 environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and make quick decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee GSOC shift operations and supervise analysts on shift.
• Provide leadership, quality assurance and incident escalation.
• Supervise initial response to security incidents on site.
• Mentor and train new team members; conduct performance reviews.
