Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Shift Lead in Minneapolis to oversee day-to-day GSOC operations, coordinate the shift team, monitor security systems, and ensure incident response is timely and compliant with client regulations.

The role requires at least two years of security and GSOC experience, strong written and verbal communication, and proficiency with CCURE or similar tools. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Two years of technical writing experience.
• Two years of verifiable security experience.
• Two years of Global Security Operations Center experience.
• Experience with CCURE or similar surveillance tools.
• Ability to operate radio/console monitors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee GSOC daily operations and ensure procedures are followed.
• Coordinate shift activities and manage incident response.
• Ensure compliance with laws, client regulations, and SOPs.
• Provide timely analysis and reports to stakeholders.
