AbbVie is seeking a Global Security Operations Center 2nd Shift Supervisor. The role oversees GSOC shift operations, supervising intelligence and communications analysts, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely incident response.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; a college degree is preferred.
• At least 3 years of relevant security operations or intelligence experience, preferably in a global setting.
• Experience in supervision or people leadership is preferred.
• Strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee GSOC shift operations and supervise intelligent analysts on shift.
• Provide shift supervision and QA for GSOC functions and incident response.
• Mentor and train new team members on GSOC processes and tools.
• Ensure compliance with GSOC policies, procedures, and system standards.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to improve GSOC strategies and metrics.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with laws and company policies.
