Competenze

• Lead assigned shift operations to ensure GSOC responsibilities, procedures, and escalation protocols are followed.
• Oversee onboarding, training, and development of GSOC Analysts and SOPs.
• Review Analyst communications, reports, and intelligence products for accuracy and relevance.
• Monitor geopolitical and external events impacting personnel, facilities, or operations; ensure escalation and response.
• Coordinate crisis-management response and incident escalations; manage emergency communications.
• Support shift scheduling; coordinate PTO, call-outs, and staffing needs.
• Ensure proper documentation of incidents and actions in the case-management system.
