Control Risks is seeking GSOC Operators to join a fast-paced security operations center protecting a leading global technology company. You will monitor CCTV, access control, and alarms, evaluate incidents in real time, and coordinate responses with security partners to maintain a safe workplace.

You’ll receive ongoing training on security technologies and incident response, work with cross-functional teams, and adapt to flexible hours including overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred in Criminal Justice, Security Studies or related field.
• Interest in security operations, incident response, and emergency management.
• Ability to stay composed and make quick decisions under pressure.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with multi-tasking capacity.
• Willingness to learn CCTV, access control, alarm monitoring and incident management platforms.

Responsabilités

• Operate and monitor CCTV, access control, alarm, and other security technologies to identify threats.
• Evaluate incidents in real time and coordinate responses with security partners.
• Create accurate incident documentation to support awareness and improvements.
• Help execute security protocols ensuring a safe workplace.
• Engage in regular training on security tech, threats, and incident response.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen security operations.
