Job summary

A leading security consulting firm in Sunnyvale is seeking a GSOC Operator to support real-time monitoring and maintain compliant security operations. The candidate will conduct briefings, oversee access control, and coordinate with staff during critical events. Applicants must have 2–5 years in GSOC operations or related fields, strong communication skills, and be available for any shifts including weekends. Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in GSOC operations, security systems, or related fields.
• Must pass a background check.
• Availability to work any assigned shift, including weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation and ability to remain onsite during critical events.
• Prior experience working in or directly supporting a GSOC or ISOC.

Responsibilities

• Support real-time monitoring and incident response.
• Conduct daily virtual briefings with uniformed security officers.
• Oversee access control and security operations under APMs direction.

Skills

Strong communication skills

Ability to remain calm under pressure

Familiarity with access control and CCTV systems

Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office

Intermediate proficiency with Google Workspace

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
