Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics seeks a GSOC Operator to monitor, analyze, and respond to security incidents under the GSOC Manager. The role requires applying security procedures to protect operations, assets, employees, visitors, and brand, while maintaining calm and professional conduct during emergencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, security studies or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum three years' experience within a GSOC, Security Communication center, or call center environment.
• Experience with persistent threat monitoring, video, camera monitoring, alarm response, asset monitoring, escalation protocols and matrices, security technology suites (COP, SIEM, SOAR).
• 3-5 years working in a GSOC environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow established SOPs and GSOC operations to align with client goals.
• Identify and support incidents that may impact operations, assets, or people.
• Communicate incident details and outcomes to leadership.
• Analyze security reports and take appropriate action to ensure GSOC value.
• Prioritize multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality in sensitive communications.
