Job summary

A security consulting firm is seeking a qualified GSOC Operator in San Francisco to monitor and respond to security incidents and provide administrative support. Ideal candidates will have 2-5 years of relevant experience, strong interpersonal communication skills, and proficiency in G-Suite and Microsoft Office. Responsibilities include training GSOC personnel, managing reports, and ensuring operational compliance. Eligible for holiday bonuses and competitive benefits package. Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in GSOC operations, security systems, or law enforcement.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Military, veteran, or first responder background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to incidents in the GSOC.
• Prepare training programs for GSOC personnel.
• Conduct mobile patrols and handle special projects.
• Generate and deliver KPI metrics and Quarterly Business Reports.
