Job summary

Control Risks is seeking a GSOC Operator in Los Angeles to monitor CCTV, access control, and alarm systems, escalating threats and coordinating responses with security partners to protect people and facilities.

You will gain hands-on experience with security technology, incident management, and global security operations, while building skills in real-time decision making, documentation, and cross-functional teamwork in a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• GSOC or corporate security experience preferred.
• 0+ years in a GSOC or related environment.
• Interest in security operations and incident response.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor CCTV, access control, alarm systems to identify and escalate threats.
• Evaluate incidents in real time and coordinate responses with security partners.
• Create accurate incident documentation to support awareness and improvements.
• Support security protocols to maintain a safe workplace.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to strengthen security operations.
