Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a GSOC Operator to monitor and safeguard clients across industries. You will use access control, alarm monitoring, and BI tools to detect incidents and coordinate rapid responses.

Responsibilities include incident response, alarm investigations, and assisting staff with safety concerns in a dynamic GSOC environment. Must have security experience and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ for armed roles and 18+ for unarmed roles.
• Minimum one year of security-related experience.
• Prior supervisory experience is required.
• Experience with access control systems and badge management.
• Familiarity with alarm panel systems and procedures.
• Proficient with computers or tablets for daily tasks.
• Valid CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out safety and security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and effectively.
• Investigate alarms and coordinate security response with patrols or emergency services.
• Assist employees with safety and security concerns.
• Monitor travel safety and security for company personnel.
