Auto Club Enterprises seeks a GSOC Operator to monitor safety issues, verify incidents, and respond in a 24/7 GSOC. Under supervision, you will use access control, alarm monitoring, CCTV, and intel tools to protect employees and assets.

You'll assess threats in real time, notify stakeholders, and generate reports while following procedures. The role requires independent work, strong communication, and readiness for varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1 year of security or alarm industry experience in a professional setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; clear, concise reporting.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
• Experience with multiple IT systems and programs; adaptable and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Monitor real-time information streams and detect incidents across systems.
• Notify stakeholders and elevate risks when needed; coordinate responses.
• Answer calls and provide high-level customer service during incidents.
• Operate security systems (access control, alarms, CCTV) and dispatch as needed.
• Prepare reports and document activities following standard procedures.
